About 96bets — Your Trusted Online Entertainment Partner in Malaysia
We are more than just a gaming platform. 96bets is built on a foundation of trust, security, and a commitment to delivering the best online entertainment experience to every Malaysian player.
The Story Behind 96bets — A Platform Born from Malaysian Players' Needs
96bets started from a simple but meaningful vision: to build an online entertainment platform that truly meets the needs and expectations of Malaysian players. We recognised that many local players had faced various challenges on other platforms — from slow deposit processes and unfriendly interfaces to customer support that was hard to reach when it mattered most.
Armed with deep knowledge of the local market and years of experience in the digital entertainment industry, the 96bets team rebuilt the playing experience from the ground up. Every design detail, every technical decision, and every platform policy was made with one key question in mind: is this the best we can do for our players?
The result is the platform you see today — easy to use, fast, secure, and always there for you. From thrilling Live Casino and fun Fish Shooting Games to relaxed Bingo, 96bets offers a wide range of entertainment options you can enjoy anytime, anywhere.
"Providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment environment for every Malaysian player — with no compromise on quality or trust."
Six Reasons Malaysian Players Choose 96bets
Every feature we build is a direct response to a real player need — not just a promise, but an experience you can feel for yourself.
From Idea to Platform — How 96bets Grew for You
The 96bets journey began with a small team united by one big goal: to build an online entertainment platform that truly understands local users. Our founding team comprises seasoned professionals in fintech, cybersecurity, and digital entertainment — people who have spent years studying the unique needs and challenges of Malaysian players.
In the early stages, our primary focus was building a solid technical infrastructure. We invested heavily in layered security systems, stable server infrastructure, and a payment system integrated with the local financial ecosystem. That decision proved right — 96bets has maintained an uptime rate exceeding 99.9% since day one.
As the platform grew stronger, we expanded our game collection and introduced features not found elsewhere. Live Casino with local-language dealers, a game interface optimised for Malaysian internet connections, and a transparent bonus system with no hidden terms — all born from listening to and understanding what players truly want.
Today, 96bets continues to grow with over 500,000 registered members who trust us with their online entertainment. That trust is not something we take lightly. Every platform decision, every feature update, and every new policy is always grounded in one core principle: what is best for our members.
Looking ahead, 96bets is committed to continued innovation. We are in the process of expanding our game selection, further improving transaction processing speeds, and introducing a richer loyalty programme with better rewards. Our goal is clear — to remain the top choice for Malaysian players for the long term, not just today.
